July 11th 2007 - NEWS…FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
HARMONY Offers Titleist Performance Institute Seminar –
August 9th
Harmony’s Titleist Performance Institute complimentary lunch & seminar will be held August 9, 2007 from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM at the Harmony Golf Preserve clubhouse. Featured TPI Golf Fitness Instructor Dr. Frank Berzanskis, D.C. is the guest presenter, and participants will have a 9-hole playing opportunity for just $10.00.
The Titleist Performance Institute, or TPI, (mytpi.com) is an interactive education & conditioning course designed to teach you to identify and overcome any physical restrictions limiting your golf swing potential. Dr. Frank utilizes TPI’s 23 question physical screening process to measure your ability to generate and transfer speed & power. Isolation of physical limitations, baseline strength, flexibility, balance, nutrition and posture are each taken by Dr. Frank during your initial enrollment. He then creates a detailed plan using custom tailored feedback and an online medium to guide you through an 18 session TPI workout. Your personal login and website at TPI gives you video demonstrations of each workout and calendar logs to chart progress.
“Every golfer wants to improve”, explains Dr. Frank. “Why not? It is more fun to shoot lower scores. My desire is to help anyone who really wants to improve their game and take it to the next level. Whether it is breaking 100 or breaking par, golf fitness is a must. I look forward to seeing everyone on August 9th for lunch and our TPI seminar.”
In addition to the complimentary lunch and seminar, Harmony is offering the opportunity to play 9 holes following the seminar for just $10.00 per participant, beginning at 2:30 PM.
