Harmony, Fla. – Join Harmony Golf Preserve on Sunday, May 13 for the 3rd Annual Mother’s Day Buffet. Chef Joe Mullins and his culinary team have exceeded expectations with a menu that honors Mother’s everywhere, by ensuring that no one leaves the table hungry. In addition, all mothers will be provided the opportunity to play Harmony at no charge on May 13 – That is, FREE GOLF FOR MOM!

 

Highlighting the beautifully displayed selections are grilled marinated lamb chops topped with a roasted garlic demi glaze and accompanied by a toasted pine nut kasha with spinach and shitake mushrooms, spiced salmon Creole served with fresh okra, sliced mushrooms, roasted peppers, tomatoes and risotto. And last but not least, chicken Fac’on; organic roasted quarter chicken served with a white wine, chopped bacon, and pancetta bordelaise.

 

Accompanying these wonderful entrees will be a carving station of sirloin beef Perigeux and roast loin of pork, pasta station of penne pasta and herb fettuccine, and mouth-watering assorted desserts.
