Joe Mullins New Chef at Harmony Golf Preserve
 
The Harmony Golf Preserve proudly announced December 1, 2006 that Joseph Mullins, was named the Executive Chef for the premier Food & Beverage Operation at the Harmony Golf Preserve including Greenside's Restaurant, the 19th Hole & all the Harmony banquet facilities.
 
Mullins brings with him over 30-years of success in creating, developing and championing strategies and tactics in the private club, resort and stand-alone dining facility environments. In addition, Mullins is an expert in complex ice carvings and sculptures.
 
A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America - Hyde Park, NY and Victoria Station in San Francisco, CA, Mullins has held executive culinary positions at the Black Rock Country Club - Hingham, MA, Wollaston Country Club - Milton, MA, Edgartown Yacht Club - Edgartown, MA and Hawks Cay Resort - Duck Key, FL.
 
Brock Nicholas, the General Manager of the Harmony Golf Preserve said, “We're delighted Chef Mullins has joined our team.
