Harmony Golf Preserve’s 19th Hole & Greenside’s Restaurants to Release New Menu –
Tasting is OPEN TO PUBLIC JULY 9th
 
HARMONY, FL - Harmony Golf Preserve proudly announces the release of new 19th Hole (daytime) and Greenside’s Restaurant (evening) menus. The menus incorporate healthy choice & organic items, signature dish creations from Chef Joe Mullins and zero trans fat cooking oils. The public is invited to Harmony’s Clubhouse on Monday, July 9th from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM for an open tasting of these new menus.
 
“This collection of dishes represents the first entirely new menu since the addition of our new culinary team leaders, Executive Chef Joe Mullins and Sous Chef Johnathan Greene,” says Brock Nicholas, General Manager. “They did a great job taking steps toward a healthier overall menu by adding organic & prairie raised selections, replacing heavier sauces with less fatty ones while managing to add flavor, and keeping past favorites.”
 
Some dishes to be released include:
• A mouth-watering chicken corn chowder (hearty soup) served in a soft sourdough bread bowl
• Lobster ravioli tossed in a sun-dried tomato lobster cream
• BBQ baby back ribs – half or full rack
• Little neck clams andouille served in a spinach tomato broth
• Apple Chicken, Caprese, Cobb & Marinated peppers salad options (all organic greens)
• Tender veal scallopini medallions sautéed and served over mushroom ravioli in a sherry cream
• 12 oz New York sirloin strip steak char-grilled with sautéed wild mushrooms or Cajun rub topped with boursin cheese crust
 
Dessert Selections:
• Chef Joe's Signature Bread Pudding
• Tiramisu
• Mango, Rasberry & Lemon Sorbets with Fresh Berries
